President of the Unites States (POTUS) is a Chief Executive Officer, in fact, the President of the United States is Chief Executive of the Executive Branch of Government thus by definition the principle decision-maker representing the public interests of the people of the United States. Personality, leadership, image, intelligence, oratory are all beneficial attributes important too the making of a Chief Executive Officer but having such beneficial attributes alone are not enough, they must coincide with personal fortitude and the ability to make decisions.
Decisions are not free. To be a decision the act and action must, by definition, release or relinquish something in the process; ergo, to every decision there is a price. It is delusional to operate above the line forever, yet this seems to be the case with Barack Obama. Hidden somewhere within all the flowery rhetoric lies the reality of this or that, but not both!
Without your apparent approval, Mr. Bush, as the President of the United States, manifested a decision regarding Iraq. Your disapproval was part of the price paid making that decision. Mr. Bush took adult sober action and pleased some people and angered others, these cost benefit measurements are required in situations of serious responsibility. Mr. Obama; sans discourse, dialogue and rhetorical blast, what decisive – cross the Rubicon – decisions are you prepared to make regarding Iran?
Mr. Obama your opponent seems to have planted his feet in solid cement regarding setting environmental priorities over those of gasoline, heating oil, and natural gas. These above the line discussions concerning bloc group political interests are endless. Your flittering about the topics wastes indeterminable time and resources; so, therefore, are you NOW ready and prepared to manifest fuel priorities over all other environmental concerns; ergo, be prepared to infuriate all those in the environmental and animal rights groups whose obstructionist politics interferes with our country’s fuel efficiency and sufficiency priorities. In some circles this is known as cutting the cake whereby some get pieces larger, some get pieces smaller, and some get none at all. Parental adults know that there are times when children cry; ergo, are you serious enough to treat the environmental and animal rights people as children and let them cry?
Given our enemies wish list some of our cities are targets for attack and destruction. Beirut, Belfast, London, Paris, Madrid are cities experienced with terrible bombings. The future for Washington, New York, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles can be considered vulnerable to attack; ergo, what decisions are you ready to make NOW that will manifest your frame of thought and commitment on protecting and preserving domestic tranquility? To skate and dance on thin ice without being clearly decisive is totally irresponsible, deceitful and cowardly.
